This little fun wagon (AKA Shaniqua) has been my pride and joy for almost three years.
I have been Shaniqua's sole owner, and her vibrant colour and stunning body have stolen the attention away from my flawless hair on many occasions. She receives more compliments that I do, and frankly, I'm a little jealous.
I am a non smoker, so the car smells fantastic, unless that's not your thing, in which case, I could take up smoking just to give it the smell you desire.
Shaniqua has always been serviced by the hunky men at Toyota and comes with her secret diary (log books) to prove it. There is even one capped price service left ($130) and it's still under the Toyota warranty for a few more months.
It has the darkest legal tint on the windows, so if you're self conscious about dancing like a lunatic to your tunes at the red lights, don't be- Shaniqua has you covered.
She even has paint protection, so you needn't not worry about those pesky birds pooing on your car any longer*.
The cabin is ridiculously spacious, meaning you can do all the things a small car can (I'll fill you in with hints and tricks later) while enjoying the vast roominess and comfort that comes from the inside of a Yaris.
It would also suit a young family, I have had a baby car seat thing in there before because my friend made me drive her and her son around, and the ride was so smooth and enjoyable, he didn't cry once. While some may tell you the boot isn't very big,let me tell you, it has won me my fair share of hide and seek games!
There is an impressive amount of cup holders, so all your beverage carrying needs are sorted.
With mobile phones being an enormous contributor to accidents on our roads, the Bluetooth hands free feature in this car could actually save a life. As well as being able to play your music, and have your phones map directions read through the speakers, you can make and answer calls through the car. Some phones have even allowed me to have the car read my text messages to me and allow me to reply using voice control. Removing all temptation to look at your phone throughout the whole car trip.
Shaniqua is in good health, has never broken down or had any of those mechanical problems cars can have. The tyres were replaced a couple of months ago, and a wheel alignment was done at the same time.
She would make a great first car, she was an awesome second car, so definitely qualified for first car greatness, but would also make a great third, fourth, fifth or final car too.
An absolute legendary all rounder.
I will be sad to see her go.

*Birds are horrible people, and will still poo on the car, but it wont be as bad for the car.
